Tamar's App is committed to protecting children and complying with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and applicable laws regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
1. Our standards
We prohibit any content, activity, or conduct that involves:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, generated, or AI-created imagery
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexualization of minors
- Exploitation, trafficking, or endangerment of children
- Sharing or requesting sexual content involving anyone under 18
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and referral to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) / equivalent authorities where required.
2. Age & product design
- The app is intended for users aged 13 and older.
- It is a scheduling tool for friends, not a general social network, open chat platform, or content-sharing feed.
- User-generated content is limited (for example display names, plan titles, group names, invite messages).
3. Prevention & enforcement
- Acceptable-use rules in our Terms of Use
- Ability to remove violating content and disable accounts
- Review of abuse reports submitted to our support channel
- Cooperation with lawful requests from authorities
4. How to report
If you encounter content or behavior that may involve CSAE or endanger a child:
- Email support@tamar.gleichger.com with the subject line “Child safety report”
- Include links, screenshots, usernames/handles, plan or group identifiers, and dates if available
- If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first
We aim to acknowledge safety reports promptly and take appropriate action.
